I have a good working AST Powerexec which i would like to clone the disk that still works before i put in a cf card instead since i want to keep the original disk safe 😀.

For some reason when i use the ide to usb adapter the drive just spins up fast and keeps spinning and nothing will show up on my computer, "new" 2.5" ide drives work without any problems so i guess this is because its a old 2.5" disk ( also thicker then new 2.5" disks )?
