Walked into a thrift store that has been pretty good for retro PC peripherals and the guy was trying to figure out what this was. He apparently could not figure what it was, and neither could I at first.

It seems to have been a controller for some sort of school video maker.

From OneTouch's site:
"One Touch provides virtual distance learning, training and communication system which allows you to produce and distribute high-quality video presentations while interacting with a large, distributed audience. Interaction can occur anytime and anywhere — via PC or in a classroom setting with the One Touch Site Controller and Keypads."

This one has a proprietary board with some proprietary keypad connectors in it, so I'd assume this loosely was used for what is described above.

On the back, there was a blank-off plate concealing what appeared to be an ATX I/O shield and only leaving the serial port open. I took off the plate, and it was a full ATX I/O group of ports!

Anyways, I saved it from being tossed for $15, even came with a free powercord 😀

I cracked it open, and it appears to be an 850 MHz Socket 370 Celeron on an Asus CUSI-FX FlexATX motherboard. Both IDE channels are connected to a board above the mainboard with modem ports, audio ports, and a SanDisk 32 MB CF card plugged in. There seems to be 32 MB of SDRAM installed, as well as a Realtek low-profile NIC card in there. It's all powered by a really nice 250 Watt Sparkle Power PSU.

Not sure what I'll do with it. It gets to the BIOS screen with "Booting..." message and then just displays a black screen.

So far all I've done is messed with overclocking, I can get it to 1.02 GHz before it crashes 🤣
