I just built another XP machine.

Specs:

Case: JNC RJA-FQ-70
PSU: Deer DR-A300ATX 300W - modified and recapped
MB: ASUS K8N4-E
CPU: AMD Sempron 2800+ Skt754
HSF: AMD stock
GPU: nVidia Geforce 7300LE 256MB PCI-E
ODD: HL-DT-ST GSA-4167B DVD-RW
RAM:1GB DDR400
Misc: Pixelview PV-TV304P+ PCI TV Tuner
OS: Windows XP SP3

Might get around and build a 2000 SP4 machine as well, since it seems the GA-7DXE motherboard I got works fine now.

Trash that deer. Even with a recap and endless mods its still crap and a fire hazard.
I dont say things like that often but deers are fire hazards

Do some looking and your find alot of old posts stateing that deer psu blow up and die wile taking the system with it. Mostly the 300w ones too.

Anyway, Nice system.

I usually cherry pick the ones with beefy parts. For instance I do have one that looks really good and which just needs some finishing touches, but I guess I could post some pics of both if you want me to.
