Check Cache Setting, maybe you have a WB/WT Jumpering mistake..

Unfortunately, I don't know the exact model of the board, so the only jumpers I've been able to verify have been ones with screen printed info (cache size, freq, etc).

Found the motherboard info online:

Shuttle Hot-419 but your's has jumpers by the memory slots and Keyboard port, so I believe your board is a higher revision, but the chipsets do match the info online.

That definitely looks like the one I have (though that one has the VRM, so maybe a higher end model or different variation?).
