I guess riser cables would only be good for pcie, since it's signals are differential pairs, which makes it possible to make cables, which keeps signal integrity

Please use the "quote" option if asking questions to what I write - it will really up the chances of me noticing 😀

Ah, yeah, I didn't consider ISA; the 8.33 MHz clock is probably low enough for it to work.

On second thoughts, maybe PCI would do fine too ...
