Back in January, I received the J-Mark/Jetway OPTI-495SX 3/486EB motherboard.
The board suffered a battery rupture and caused corrosion in a small area (the IC socket for the EPROM BIOS, the first XT 8-bit slot, the SN74F245N Transceiver, 2 pins on the 486 socket, and a bit on the jumpers.
After cleaning the corrosion off, everything looks a lot better, except for the IC socket for the EPROM BIOS and the SN74F245N Transceiver since they both have rust and the first 8-bit XT slot is in good shape, but it'll be replaced for safety reasons.

I did a deep cleaning using soapy distilled water to wash the board (used a spray bottle for that), a spray bottle of plain distilled water to rinse the board to rid of the soapy water, and a spray bottle of 91% IPA to rid of the water to make the board nice without getting any bad contaminates on the back and top of the board.
