Ok, someone less distracted - this would fit that board, right?

Because I found a '98 driver that supports the BCM5703 chipset.
My experience with these Broacdcom based cards on 98 is that the drivers are really buggy, you're pretty much guaranteed to have a lockup during shut-down and more often than not, the chip fails to make connections on first reboot, only after several rofreshes etc. will the network and internet start doing things. With WinME the shutdown problem is gone but the connection establishing is still a problem...
In case you were also looking for a blue PCI NIC and 1394 card, here are two model numbers from my own stash. I can't speak to the quality/reliability of these cards, only that they are blue!
Netgear FA310TX Rev 2. However it's only 10/100 not gigabit. And honestly it's slightly more "teal" than it is blue, but it's closer IRL than in the photos.
I noticed my Gigabyte Radeon HD7750 was on a blue PCB, which being PCIe is no good for this build but wondering if Gigabyte went with blue earlier also.
Unicorn herding operations are proceeding, but all the totes of hens teeth and barrels of rocking horse poop give them plenty of hiding spots.
Thanks everyone for the input. Funny thing is, I actually had a blue Hercules 3D Prophet Kyro II but sold it years ago. I didn't have such great ideas back then 😁
