Hi guys.
My Setup:
---------------------------------------
486-DX50
- SOUND BLASTER PRO2 (CT1600)
- ROLAND MPU401-AT
- External ROLAND MT-32
- Manually set SB volume close to 100%
- No SB drivers installed
- CD via CD-in connected
- SET BLASTER=A220 I7 D1 T4
---------------------------------------
SB effects / music works fine (with all the Apogee awesomeness)!
CD music works fine (Rebel Assault)!
Joystick on SB gameport works fine!
BUT
The external MT-32 is now super quiet?!? 🙁
Now? Well, I had an AWE64GOLD in that system but replaced it with the SBPRO2 (want to use the AWE in a newer system).
MT-32 out into AWE MIC in (or maybe Line in) worked just fine.
MT-32 out into SBPRO MIC in / Line in is - as said - super quiet.
I can hear music coming out of speakers but no chance to bring it close to audible 🙁
Any idea?
Do I have to set additional jumpers on the SBPRO for the line in's?
Is there SB software I can use to adjust the volume of the different line in connectors?
BIG THANKS IN ADVANCE !!
