Only if it's in excellent condition and comes with a manual and AC adapter, or if you don't live in the US, Canada, Japan or the UK. Otherwise you can get them a bit cheaper on eBay.

I asked the seller some questions about what else than the
MT32 itself that was inc, no manuals and only a 120v adaptor
that i cant use in Norway since we have 220v and no midi cables
so i guess ill have to wait till a better one shows up.

The adaptor being 120v wasn't relay a problems since i have a suitable
220v adaptor that fits. but it`s usless to me without the cabels.

The original unit did not come with cables either. Besides, if you are going to connect it through Soundblaster you would need special splitter cable (gameport to MIDI). Some Soundblasters have breakout box with regular MIDI connectors, that would require just a regular MIDI cable. MIDI cables are reasonably cheap and any music equipment shop should be able to sell you one for $5 or less. Soundblaster MIDI splitter is not expensive either but it may be trickier to find unless you try EBay (search for "joystick midi").

The thing is in the 80`s i relay wanted a MT32 but didn't have the cash
and when i finaly did have the money, the MT32 was on the way out.
So i bought a SB AWE64 Gold and didn't think more about it before i
dusted off my old dos games again years later,
I have an Audigy Platinum Ex with the "breakout box" so i dint need a usb-midi cable, ( looks like the one in the pic bellow)

In that case you should be able to find a standard male-to-male MIDI cable at any music store, as well as many electronics stores that also sell any kind of musical equipment or specialize in cables.
