Hi Everyone

Well, after a few hours of poking, prodding, typing and clicking.....

I just can't get this MT32 stuff to work.

I currently use the out-of-date dosbox 0.62 with mt32 built in (using the rom files from my mt32) - that works reasonably well. Sounds are mostly okay, and it sounds at least somewhat similar to general midi and adlib.

When I try and use the MUNT driver on ANY version of dosbox, i get missing sounds, high pitch screeching, or "scraping" noises that sound like they're supposed to match one of the notes.

Similar results from using the CVS build from ykhwong's site, the normal dosbox 0.65, etc.

I'm quite frustrated... Can someone give me a basic lowdown on how to use the new MUNT, or the inbuilt munt in the "new builds".

Download locations, and config files would be helpful.

My old mt-32 isn't working off my new pc, but I have the roms, at least.. So can I get some info - please!
