Hi!

I've noticed mt32emu development has restarted (well, at least I thought it was on hiatus). Nice!

Anyways, I managed to compile the library and dosbox with mt32emu support on Linux. However, I just can't figure out where it (mt32emu library? DOSBox?) is looking for the ROM files. And the documents don't help me, nor does diving in the source, as I'm not a programmer... 😢

So, does anyone know where I can put the files? Previously, a (separate mt32emu) looked in /usr/share/mt32-rom-data, but this is not the case anymore, apparently...

it looks in the folder from where you start dosbox from.

Thanks, Dominus! It is indeed, so. And it works very well, too! Much better than the old standalone program (no OSS/ALSA MIDI interface between or external mixing required).
