I bought a Roland MT-32 with AC adapter for $67.00. Good, Okay, Bad deal? The rest of them on ebay where going for $125-180 Buy It Now.

I think I can also get an MT-32 for around $30.00 too, which I know is a great deal. Not sure on the $67.00 one though off ebay.

I think generally MT-32 and SC-55 go for about $100 or there abouts. Give or take $20

However if you are patient and obsessive ...or just damn lucky you can get a deal like :

I did pick up a Roland SC-55ST recently for $30

~65e for a MT-32 and 85e for a SC-55 seems a fair price to me... pay attention to "fair price" , I am not talking about 5$ bargains that are indeed welcome anytime 🤣

Thanks. This is my first delve into MIDI other than my original Roland Sound Canvas daughterboard (WISH I kept that thing!!!!) that I put on my SCSI-2 Sound Blaster 16 ASP (also wish I kept!)

I got a MIDIman ISA card for $15, just in case the joystick through cables don't work well.

The midiman MM401 is an awesome MIDI card!

Quite a good price you got as well.

Makes sure you set the MIDI port of your Sound Blaster to 300 so that they don't conflict with each other.

I highly doubt he got a MIDIman ISA midi card for 15 bucks. There's some prick on Ebay who snatches every single one of them up and immediately resells them for 200 bucks. He's called Oldschoolgamingusa or something like that. Every single ISA midi sale goes to him I swear. Nasty bastard. Most of those ISA cards sold by other sellers go for around 50 - 80 bucks.
