I've finally gotten around to posting a new Win32 binary. I apologize for not posting the source code simultaneously. Right now I'm not completely confident it won't compile on any other system right out of the box, and I haven't had the chance to make the necessary changes, so bear with me.

Things fixed in this version are:

• Volume balance
  Some random bugs and memory leaks (in prep for a driver release)
  Sample aliasing
  Some of the clicking experienced when playing low frequency PCM sounds
  Further tuning of the Time Variant Filter

Some known issues that remain:

• Amplitude envelope decay times are still not quite right
  Filter still needs tuning
  Random pops in some songs unrelated to high CPU usage
  Weak bass compared to the real MT-32 (I believe this is related to the reverb)
