I've looked in a lot of places, but I can't find a definite answer regarding Spelljammer's MT-32 support.

The setup (and most of the documentation) lists the Roland LAPC as supported(thus, by extension, the MT-32 as well) but no list of MT-32 compatible games I could find mentions it.

I know there are some other cases where the game claimed Roland support when it didn't actually have it, but does anyone know whether that's the case here?

4-in-1 build (thanks Phil!): AMD K6-III+ 450 / SOYO 5EMA+ / 128MB SDRAM / 80GB Seagate HDD / Voodoo 3 3000 / Orchid Righteous 3D / Sound Blaster CT2960 / MPU-401 PCMIDI Clone / HxC Floppy Emulator / 15" CRT monitor

As it's a 1992 game, it could be that Spelljammer doesn't have any native MT-32 support and only includes a generic GM-to-MT remap driver (like most post-1991 titles which claim to be compatible with the MT-32).
