Hi, is it possible to switch my stereo channels in the dosbox config file? or do you know how to switch it in windows vista directly?

Not possible, unfortunately. It's a feature I would very much like to see, though, as there are some games that plays the sounds in reverse stereo, such as Fade to Black and Redguard.
