How do I set up a particular ALSA port for midi?

64:0 ADI SoundPort AD1816A MIDI - Raw ADI SoundPort AD1816A MIDI
65:0 OPL3 FM synth OPL3 FM Port

When I start up Dosbox, it uses port 65:0. How do I tell it to use 64:0 instead?

There is a configure file section for midi and one of the options is device. But the values for device are alsa, oss, etc. I can't find the syntax for specifying a particular Alsa port. It's not in the README, FAQ, or man page either.
