I have some graphical glitches ( like white vertical lines ) while playing a game on Dosbox.

It probably comes from the fact that my graphic card crashed and did some weird things on my laptop. For instance my dell boot screen also has these vertical line glitches and I have to turn my graphic card off or I can't restart.

Probably it comes from that and is unresolvable, however asking doesn't hurt and I wonder if there is some way to resolve this problem on Dosbox?
