Hi,
I'm having an issue trying to figure out how to get Reloaded to save a screen capture for a "modern" PC game. I can get the DOS games saved just fine by using Ctrl+F5 but no luck with this new game. Am I missing something obvious?

Use FRAPS for windows games to take screenshots.
Some games have built in keys for that.
