I always hate having to open up dosbox and do all this stuff just to play a game so is there any way I can make some launch that when opened, it will open up dos box and the game automatically. I know it is possible but I don't know how to do it. Does anyone know how to do it.

Read the dosbox readme.txt:

Q: Do I always have to type these commands? Automation?
A: In the DOSBox configuration file is an [autoexec] section. The commands present there are run when DOSBox starts, so you can use this section for the mounting.

?
I just quoted it

under [autoexec]
write the command strings you need:
mount c c:\[your directory]
mount d [your cd letter]:\ -t cdrom
then go on as you deem fit

EDIT
OK, fine then.

Windows7 has a start menu, too, check the programs there for dosbox.

Ok, never mind I found this configuration folder. I was looking in the wrong place, windows explorer. Ok, I'll try to get this to work.

I think what he's looking for is a frontend like DFend Reloaded or DBGL (FYI TOTALLY RECOMMENDED IMHO). [autoexec] wouldn't be the solution to 'make some launch'.
