After running a game fullscreen in DOSBox, I come back to my desktop to find some windows have been moved to a different location on the screen and sometimes their window size has changed. Even windows that had been minimized including my messenger are found unminimized, moved from their regular location, and resized. This really bugs me, I like to keep certain windows at certain locations and for them to maintain their default size..

I realize this is probably more an issue with the OS (Vista/Win 7) and compatibility rather than DOSBox itself, but since many others have surely dealt with this issue maybe someone knows a way to prevent it?
