I have tried and tried to find a simple solution to this problem. I would like to understand why it's so difficult.

When playing theme hospital in windowed mode, it's small. Like, really small. It's probably at native SVGA resolution like 800x600 or 640x480 or something like that. Surely there is a setting in DOSBOX that allows me to scale this at 2x or 3x or even 4x/5x/whatever. Honestly, I reckon this should be simple, but I just can't find it after googling for an hour.

If someone would be kind enough to inform me what setting would help me here, I would really appreciate it. Thank you in advance to anyone that helps.
