I don't know why, but for some reason, DosBOX always puts itself in a low priority if I switch windows.

If I switch it from low to above normal, and then go back to the DosBOX window, it will stay like that, but if I go anywhere else and then come back to DosBOX, it will but itself back to low.

I wonder why it does that.

There is a setting in the dosbox.conf file that sets this.
It's called priority under the SDL section.
