I have problem in Dune I (CD version) - Dosbox 0.61 @ Win Xp Professional

It seems like the game is unable to write any file (thus being unable to save game progress), however I've changed all file attributes to fully accessible. Deleting files doesn't change the situation. I haven't found such a problem neither in FAQ nor in this forum, so I ask now - is it some problem with Dosbox, or shall I trash the game?

you _are_ aware that you actually have to install the cd-version of Dune1 before you can actually save your games, right?
with the install, note that the directory you specify for save games and for the saving of your settings, must already exist. (the Dune1 install can't create directories for you, so you'll need to do that yourself.)

Thank You. That was dumb of me. I thought the game used relative path and forgot that I moved the directory. I still have a lot of things to bring back to my memory - it's so long since I played dos games last time.
