I know that DOSBox will emulate sound but what if you have a Yamaha sound card? Will or can DOSBox use real OPL3 sound cards? If so, how can I set this up?

There is some passthrough patch for Dosbox but only for Linux (I think). Search for OPL pasthrough in the forum
