Updated to win10 v1703 64 bit overnight. When starting dosbox it now comes up with a white screen.
In January 2017 a HP video driver update was installed and this happened then. I was able to uninstall the new driver and revert back to a driver dated Oct 2016.
Attached are 2 images, 1 contains the updates in the last 24 hours and the other shows the dosbox error.

Open your dosbox.conf and change output= to opengl or openglnb.

I am still running dbase III+ perfectly.

You should try vDosPlus if you are running applications and not games.

Best if you use a VM.

Just another user that likes old OSes and videogames, nothing interesting to see here...
