Perhaps you should be more specific as to what you are looking for.
There are already instructions about adding lines to the autoexec.bat section of DOSBox.conf in the 60 Seconds Guide. Did you read it?

..unless you're really after creating a bat file to launch dosbox + a game, in which case you can turn your focus to some dosbox frontend.

(Just to be clear - This forum is about the DOSBox emulator, not the Windows DOS box. 😀 )
Is it really a *.bat file you're looking for ? - Windows can also handle *.cmd (WinNT's *.bat), *.lnk (shortcuts),
*.vbs (VB scripts) and *.pif files ("shortcuts" for DOS programs).
