How can I configure DOSBox to mount drive C:\ automatically, that is to open its default window straihgt in C:\> DOS Prompt?

Edit dosbox.conf using Notepad for instance (it's located in your DOSBox directory). Navigate to the end of the file. You will find an [autoexec] section there. Write down the following lines below it.
mount c c:\
c:
That's it.
