I don´t refer to main DosBox´s window size, but to the game´s (e.g. Lemmings Chronicles) size one.

Well everything inside the dosbox window is affected by the
scalers as well. If you want in-game zooming, that's only
possible from the game side, and i doubt lemmings does this.
Try scalers like "scale2x" will make the game window twice as big. In the CVS I believe there is also a "scale3x" in case you need it.

No idea what you mean by "converting". The are indeed changed by editing the dosbox.conf file, yes.

By the way, how can I edit the Dosbox.conf file so that the final DosBox working window to become double its default size?

Read the file, it contains lots of explanations. Find the line that says "scaler=" (without the quotes) and try some of the values suggested in the explanation given above.
