This is a known false positive alarm. Iirc there was a discussion about
it on the forum some time ago.

Maybe you should wrote to Mcafee and tell them that it is a false positive.

What is this file anyway?

It is a frontent for dosbox. It's upx-packed, but i ran several other
AV programs over the packed and the unpacked executable, and
checked the startup code myself as well.
Don't know if something'd change if they were informed about the
false positive though.

Normally, if a false positive is reported, they should remove it from their page. so I suggest to at least give it a try.

They made a test with the file in question. You should look.

That test is just their virus scanner, no real test.

I use UPX to pack most PE executables and I have also found out that is reported to be a virus by some antivirus. Haven't tested latest 2.02 though.

Just stop using McAffee, there are much better Antivirus programs out there.
Try avast! or Antivir instead.
