Can I change the size of the window in windowed mode? My game (Colonization) runs OK in full screen except the bottom of the game screen is missing. I would prefer to play in windowed mode anyway - the graphics look much better - but the window is a bit too small. Is there any way of enlarging it?
Use windowresolution=....x..... in the dosbox.conf file and maybe wth different scalers=.......

Thanks for your help. I wasn't able to change the size of the window but I did change the size of the full screen to a happy medium between graphics quality and size (good old 800x600).
Strange... Try with different output methods (opengl, surface, ....). Not all of them works with the windowresolution scaling.
