so this will assign the correct printer (\\serv1\lp4) to LPT2 in my DOS programm.
And "parallel2=file dev:LPT3" would effect my "net use lpt3 \\srv1\lp3 /persistent:yes" printer?

just got other problem. Beginner problem. Where ist the config file?
Can not find any "dosboy.conf" on my system.....

in the start menu should be a link to something like "edit config file" or such...

How can i create a shortcut to start program on my desktop?
I am taking the long way. Starting DOSBox, moutning drive, changing directories and starting programm.....
