I downloaded the Windows installer and it was only about 20k and would not run. Is there an alternate download site or can someone check the file?

Well, I guess he downloaded HTML... It takes a few pages before getting to a download on sourceforge and I guess his downloader was confused...
Possibly a mirror he used was broken...
