I'm running a very old DOS-based program using DOSbox 0.63. One of the functions of this program imports data from another file based on inputs (the program itself is like a very old Lotus 1-2-3 application). When I attempt to import the data, I get the error message:

unable to load file z:\command.com

Any thoughts? I believe that the databases are in an accessible location from the program's perspective.
