I've been searching through the forums and have found users that have had similar problems but no definitive answers. When I try loading most of the DOS .exe I am using I get the error saying the DPMI is missing and need to get csdpmi*b.zip. Welll I have the file but I am having problems trying to figure out how to get it working with the port. The only files that I can visibly see that were in the port was DosBox, the actual app, and a few notes on the porting and use of the system.

If any users know how to fix this please enlighten me. And note, I am just starting to learn DOS so simplifying everything in explaination would be greatly appreciated.

Put it in the same directory/folder as the game's .exe file and the game will use it automatically.

Really it should have been included with the game unless they were expecting you to run in a DOS window in Windows instead of pure DOS.

Ok, I am running an iMac G4 with Superdrive. The specs from the profiler are:

*800 MhZ PowerPC G4
*768 MB RAM (SDRAM)
*100 MhZ Bus Speed
*NVIDA GeForce2 MX with VRAM of 32 Mb
*Built In Sound Card by Texas Instruments TAS3001C (44.1 Khz) (1 input, 3 output)
*Mac OS X 10.4.3
*Zelda Classic (from www.zeldaclassic.com) 2.10 DOS version
*When trying to launch zelda.exe, the program automatically quits out without warning. The same thing happens with zquest.exe, the quest editor.
*Reproducibility: Always
*Here is the dosbox.conf file:

Try:
- core=full and core=dynamic
- memsize=63
- xms=true, ems=false
- xms=false, ems=true
- xms=fasle, ems=false

Also, is there a setup/install/config program that comes with the game? Make sure to run it inside of DOSBox before trying to run the game.
