If, in XP, you use a registry modification to disable that idiotic F-Lock key (e.g. http://www.mvps.org/jtsang/flock-e.html), if won't work with Dosbox - F-Lock still needs to be turned on in DB.

Well according to that site:

It may not work in games that use the keyboard via DirectInput

I'm assuming that SDL (Which DosBox uses to communicate to the host) uses DirectInput. If so then there ya go.
