I've seen how to change the resolution in full screen, but a lot of times I don't want to stay in full screen. I need to run in windowed mode, but I want it to be slightly bigger. How do I change the size of the window if I don't want it in fullscreen mode?

Alternatively set output= something elsethan "surface", then use hwscale=...
Using a scaler (even if it's just normal2x) together with that is still recommended.
