Hey guys, i just came around this dosbox, supposed to play old dos games and it does, for me at least. First game i downloaded was good old Blackthorne. As i got into the game everything worked fine, had to speed it up a bit and then it was fine. One thing was missing though, the magnificent sound that belongs to the game 🙁 I was wandering how i could let the sound work ?

Sorry if i'm double posting or something like that.

I seem to remember having some issues with that, but can't remember any details (I do know that it's possible to get it to work). Did you run the sound configuration program for the game, from inside of DOSBox?

I did, and now i did it again and it worked. Something must have gone wrong in the first attempt on that. Thanks.

Btw, do you have full version of the game ? I only have the demo and it's quite hard to find the PC full version on the net, i've been looking but found nothing but the demo.

I did it from inside dosbox and then it worked.

Yeah, it's important to configure games in the same environment in which you intend to run them. Otherwise they may get confused and use the wrong settings.
