Hello, y'all! I heard that DOSBox was a complete x86 emulator, not exclusively a DOS emulator, so does this mean that I can run other operating systems on it? An answer would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

You can boot original MS-DOS in it. AFAIK, that's the only OS that runs.

DosBox is not really a complete emulator. It's designed for running games, not OS's.

I've tried linux and picobsd once.
They hang during during the hardware detection phase.

Cool. So, now that I know that it's possible...how do I do it?

Well, there's easier ways to hanging DOSBox than installing another OS!
