Can I remap any key to any key in the keymapper?

I'm not exactly sure what it does & I am reading through all the stuff now to find out but if this thing can't do what I need, then I need to start looking into other avenues for a solution.

Here's my problem...
I have a Logitech RumblePad 2. This comes with a program that automatically binds whatever keyboard keys to the controller that I have set up in the profiler. Problem is, it loads these profiles based on what program I am in at the time. So as far as the profiler can see, all my DOS games are one game - DOSBox.

So, can the keymapper map any key to any key?
