I apologise in advance if this question has been asked before.

I would like to know if it is possible to play games in DOSBox that are not on a disc, but are on my hard drive (downloaded). I have mounted the folder (which I called dosprog to avoid confusion) and placed the folder containing I Have No Mouth and I Must Scream in that folder, but I seem unable to actually get the game to start. Can somebody help me with this?

It may or it may not work. That's the problem with illegally downloaded games. You are missing the installation program. Sorry, but we don't support questions regarding illegal downloads here.
