Hello!

I've downloaded DOSBox to test it with a DOS game I'm programming. The game is a textmode/console game programmed in Pascal (you can read more about it here: www.asciisector.net). I'd like to make some gameplay videos using DOSBox, but I can't seem to capture video. I can capture single .png screenshots using CTRL+F5, but when I press CTRL+ALT+F5 nothing happens -- there's not even a message in the console window, as there is when capturing screenshots. Is this simply because I can't capture textmode games/apps with DOSBox? I'm running DOSBox on a Toshiba Intel Pentium M 1,5GHz 496 MB RAM Windows XP laptop.

No, I'm logged on as the administrator. (It's my girlfriend's laptop -- I'm not used to XP myself.)

I just tried running it on my old AMD K6 computer running Win98 and I had no problems capturing video of my textmode/console program. Of course the game was way too slow, but my test seems to indicate that the problem lies with WinXP...

check for programs that might be stealing that key combination
or use the mapper to map it to a differerent key (ctrl-f1 brings up the mapper)
