Nah, there was a patch for DosBox some time ago that actually implemented emulated NICS. Was never updated or incorporated tho. Only way to do it without programming a solution is to use modem like your doing above.

You're both right, heheh, i just found out that i made it to work using the hardest possible way, but oh well, at least it was nice to write and send email from inside dosbox (using BBS server software) 😉
