I'm currently trying to run GTA, which uses an obscure resolution of 320x400. How do I scale that up to a reasonable resolution. I already played around with "output" and "aspect" parameters. But they didn't have any effect.

Doesn't help. But I figured out, that the resolution is scaled correctly when running the game in 8bit mode. 24bit is not working. Hmm.
Same problem here.
Low colour mode runs fine (but is extremely ugly),
High colour mode runs, but at a bizarre squished resolution.
