Does DosBox make any other I/O port availible, beside the standard ones used for games. I have a board that has software that runs under windows 95/98 only, because of the I/O ports it uses. I runs in a dos box on those systems. On newer systems the software can't access the I/O ports.

nope. Dosbox doesn't provide io passthrough.
Maybe oneday. I've been thinking that it might be handy for those special ioboards, but I personally never needed it. (always found pc with isa bus and put DOS on it)
