When you use dosbox in Mac OSx, is there a way to mount a general CD drive, or do you have to mount the individual CDs in the drive?

I ask this, because mounting the actual CD leads to problems with multiple CD games- when you switch CDs you have to leave the game and remount the CD drive. Some games obviously won't allow that.
