Hello fellows,
I am totally new here and did a several search on forum and google but i can't find any solution.
I downloaded Dosbox V7.0 and installed.
but when i double click the dosbox programme,
the windows pops up for a nano-sec and close.
could anyone tell me what to do to make it runs?

See the new Faq on this forum and look for DOSBox crashes under the Crash related section. It mentiones a few steps that could help you out.
Open the DOSBox.conf file between the links in the start menu if need be.(Use Notepad if Windows asks what program to use to edit the file).
This advice is only valid if you just installed DOSBox or haven't set the Exit command somewhere in the autoexec. If you have I would recommend removing the exit command from the autoexec.
