Hi i know nothing technical about computers but im dying to play heroes of might and magic. I installed dosbox several days ago and after giving up on that i now have d fend reloaded which is supposed to make it easier. Ive tried setting it up but when it goes to load the game it says Unable to access CD drive

Can someone pls write a small guide to getting a game working using d fend reloaded ?

Any help would be very much appreciated.

gosh i finally got it working. using just dosbox without the complicated dfendreloader

id still like to know how to save games on dosbox?

What do you mean by this?

I think he means having the save game location in the same directory as DOSBox and then naming his game save dosbox.exe.

yes dosfreak thats it, where do i select the save game location, and do i name the save game dosbox.exe before i run the game or actually IN the game?

ps.. why would i name it as an executable? wouldnt that be the incorrect file type for a game save?
