Do you mean Prince of Persia? Ctrl-S toggles sound. What does this have to do with DOSBox though? If you want to disable all sound in DOSBox, you can use "nosound=true" in the [mixer] section of the configuration file.

yes.i mean disable all sound in dosbox.so what's the command again?..and also to enable sounds in case i need them:)

Er... I just posted it above. Would you like me to repeat that? DOSBox doesn't have a "mute" button if that's what you need. Many multimedia keyboards do though.
