Simply put, I want to bundle a freeware dos game with dosbox in a convenient installer for a friend. Since the friend knows nothing about dosbox, and because I'm too lazy to configure it on the friends computer, I want to create a nice, juicy, .exe installer for the friend. You know how commercial companies bundle their old games with a modified version of dosbox? I want to do something like that. Thanks in advance

well I think you should use winrar if you have it. It's nice and easy to do that.
Otherwise you can use installbuilder like Inno Setup... but then you'll have to script a bit to create your installer.

Maybe use the game installer package creation option in D-Fend Reloaded?

i tried that, but i didn't see an option to bundle both dosbox/d-fend reloaded and the game.
