What does the console window of dosbox say, which conf gets loaded?

Try without the quotes around the DOSBox.exe, similar to this

F:\DOSBox\dosbox.exe -conf "F:\DOSBox\dosbox.conf" -conf "F:\DOSBox\profiles\game.conf"

load dosbox while examining my edited dosbox.conf file produced by

config -writeconf dosbox.conf

?

Add the path to the conf file. Also change "-userconf" to "-conf"
